About the event

Understanding Neurodivergent Teens

Neurodivergent teens often face unique challenges in navigating the complexities of adolescence. From managing sensory sensitivities and social interactions to coping with anxiety and navigating academic pressures, the journey can feel overwhelming at times. Many neurodivergent teens may struggle with feelings of isolation, misunderstood by peers and even adults who may not fully grasp their experiences.

Purpose of the Workshop:

Our workshop aims to provide a supportive and understanding space for neurodivergent teens to come together and connect with others who truly "get" them. Through expert coaching and support from facilitators experienced in working with neurodiversity, teens will gain valuable tools and insights to navigate their challenges with greater resilience and confidence.

Key Objectives:

1. Connection: Foster meaningful connections with peers who share similar experiences and challenges, creating a sense of belonging and understanding.
